Waxwing

The Waxwing is a winter visitor to the British Isles, the Waxwing appears in flocks when a poor berry crop in it’s far Northern breeding grounds forces it south. Very exotic looking and extremely tame, it is easily identifiable by it’s pinkish plumage and contrasting wing markings, but when flying resembles a Starling.
